**** Please request that referees check for a legal player pass or completed guest pass for every player at every game.
Referees have the authority to request second photo ID at any time.
If a player cannot provide a photo ID, NO PLAY.

Yellow cards are tracked. Don't forget to put Name and Team of all 'carded' players on the game card.

Players receiving 3 cautions in a session must sit out one game.
